Need a night off? Drop the kids at Upstate Gymnastics for an evening of supervised fun, games, and delicious food while you enjoy some well-deserved adult time. It’s a win-win for everyone!

Sign up below before the big night for $30 per kid. Price at the door changes to $35 per kid (Sibling discount - $15 per after first kid)

Our Parents Night Out events are designed to give your children an unforgettable evening of excitement and play, all within a safe and supervised environment. While they make new friends and explore our gym, you can relax and recharge.

Hours of fun and play

Kids aged 5 and older can run, jump, and play for hours, enjoying all the exciting activities our gym has to offer. They'll have a blast in a safe and engaging setting.

Delicious food and drinks

We provide tasty pizza, a variety of snacks, and refreshing drinks to keep your children energized throughout the evening. No need to pack a dinner!

Time for parents to relax

While your children are having a fantastic time with us, you can enjoy some well-deserved personal time, knowing they are in excellent hands.

Important information before you sign up

To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please review these key details regarding age requirements for our Parents Night Out event.

Ages 5 and up for drop-off

Children aged 5 and older are welcome to be dropped off for our Parents Night Out events. Our staff provides full supervision, ensuring a fun and secure environment for all participants.

Ages 4 and under with guardian

Children aged 4 and under are invited to join the fun, provided a parent or guardian remains in attendance throughout the event. This ensures the safety and comfort of our youngest gymnasts.

Terms and Conditions *

I understand and agree that my child is at least 5 years old and is potty trained.
I understand that if I have a child who is 4 and younger that I will stay at Upstate Gymnastics during the time my child is there.
I agree to provide all allergy concerns my child has with the staff at Upstate Gymnastics prior to the night of the event.
I agree that I will sign a participation waiver form for my child the night of the event before dropping off my child.
I agree to pay $30 per child per event ($15 sibling discount after first child) that my child attends
