$175 for members and $200 for non-members.
Non-refundable deposit required at booking. You will receive a final invoice at the end of your party time.
Weekly Party Times
Read more below about our available party times! If you have any questions or would like to inquire about hosting a party at a different time, please email us at parties@upstategymnastics.com
Fridays
Parties are scheduled from 7-8:30pm (or add a half hour and party from 7-9pm!)
The gym will be available to you starting at 6:45pm to set up, and you'll have 15 minutes after your party time to clean up!
Saturdays
Saturday parties are available for the following times:
1-2:30pm (or 1-3pm with an extra half hour). The gym will be available to you at 12:45pm to set up, and you'll have 15 minutes after your scheduled time to clean up!
4-5:30pm ( or 4-6pm with an extra half hour). The gym will be available to you at 3:45pm to set up, and you'll have 15 minutes after your scheduled time to clean up!
7-8:30pm ( or 7-9pm with an extra half hour). The gym will be available to you at 6:45pm to set up, and you'll have 15 minutes after your scheduled time to clean up!
Sundays
Sunday parties are available for the following times:
12-1:30pm (or 12-2pm with an extra half hour). The gym will be available to you at 11:45pm to set up, and you'll have 15 minutes after your scheduled time to clean up!
3-4:30pm ( or 3-5pm with an extra half hour). The gym will be available to you at 2:45pm to set up, and you'll have 15 minutes after your scheduled time to clean up!
