Open Gym

Open gym is open to kids of all ages!

Open gym will begin the week of Tuesday, January 6, 2026!

Regular hours will be:

Tuesdays: 12pm - 3pm

Thursdays: 9am - 12pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays

Upstate Gymnastics is excited to offer open gym times on Tuesdays from 12pm - 3pm and Thursdays from 9am - 12pm every week for kids of all ages! No instructors are available during this time, but we invite you to play with your kiddos in a fun, indoor place! Parents are required to stay; this is not a drop off opportunity.
